Changes made to policies automatically during bootup are too permissive

IMHO, the D+ changes made to policies automatically during bootup (before the user interface is active) are too permissive. The affected policies seem to result in Allow on most items, the same that occurs for safe files in Safe Mode, even though I use Paranoid Mode and never used such permissive settings.

I can’t see why defence+ needs to set allow for so many things at any time. If in safe mode it should still only allow what is required. I assume it is an attempt to improve performance. There must be a way to improve performance without sacrificing security. They could at least make it optional. It wont reduce pop-ups in safe mode as there should be no pop-ups for safe applications anyway.

It means you cannot train and application and then switch to paranoid mode with optimum restrictions.
