Change public network to home network

I have windows 10 and have CIA 10. When I installed I choose but I found it is set to public network. How do I change it to home. My service provider is bell. I use wep key.

Please let me know how to change this.

You can remove it from the network zones settings and re-connect to the Internet and choose home from the alert.
