change pop menu screen position

Hi, is it possible to change pop menu default screen position?
I have 2 monitors, and would like to set pop up to only display on secundary monitor.

I don’t believe there is.

on old version we could drag pop up screen, and it keep on same position, new version that is not an option, perhaps there is some menu prior to enable it?
