I would like to speak with someone regarding the Toll-Free Fax Number that we were issued when signing up. We are starting a new business and will be using this soley as our fax number on all of our litature and would like to have something fairly simple if possible. I tried to call the Support number and just got “all representatives are busy”. Can you tell me how to go about talking with someone or if my request to change numbers is possible. Thanks

If you have a toll-free number and you are the authorized signer for the number - you can port (transfer) the number to your turstfax account. Contact support@trustfax.com for assistance.
