CFP_Setup_3.0.25.378_XP_Vista_x32 - failed install - cannot uninstall

When I restarted my machine after installation, I got the error message:

cfpres.dll missing

When try to uninstall using either the COMODO uninstall feature or Windows (Vista) uninstaller, I get the following error message:

cfpconfg.exe has stopped working

How can I “forcibly” uninstall this program? Or preferably fix it, although I have already bad vibes about this compared to the version 2.

Thank you for your help!

I just tried Revo uninstaller and the error message

cfpconfg.exe has stopped working

comes up ans Revo stops. This version of the firewall is unfortunately a real nuisance. (:SAD)

So basically I’m having trouble running Comodo, which is why I’m trying to uninstall. Everytime I boot it tells me it can’t run the right file, which is annoying as hell. The 3rd party uninstaller you recommended did not work for me, giving me the following message

Your Uninstaller 2008
This application has failed to start because framework.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

When using the regular unistaller through Control Panel and/or the original install file
Windows Explorer
cfpconfg.exe has stopped working

How would I go about uninstall it first so that I can clean it from the Registry? Thank you so much.
