cfp.exe consuming 30Kb/s of C:/

Hi,

CIS is really nice … but his greedy attraction for C:/ is irritating.

I am using a “Custom Policy” firewall, and D+ and Sandbox are disabled.
Even when no application is running, cfp.exe writes 30 Kb/s to C:/.

I read some topics on it in this forum, but none gives a clear result on how to remove these writes.

Hi, maybe try to disable logging (More->Preferences->Logging->Disable Firewall/Defence+ Logging).

Thank for your help : it works.
And it is strange as I may expect to not have 30 Kb/s of logging !
As far as I can see, the log files were not growing 30kb per sec. But cfp is quiet now :smiley:
