CFP 3.0.14.273 X32 Defense+ not using Certified Files and My Safe Files Lists

CFP 3.0.14.273 X32 Defense+ is not using Certified Files and My Safe Files Lists.

Defense+ either has bugs or it’s unclear how to configure it.
Currently it’s in Clean PC Mode. All settings are default for Defense+.
Yesterday after a virusscan of my system I had 11,000 files in My Pending Files. Here’s what I did:

  • Purged them
    Looked them up
    Certified (safe) files were automatically put in the certified files list
    I submitted many of them to Comodo but surrendered after 12 hrsof sending
    I moved all of the remainder to My Safe files

My computer ran an automated Anti-malware check and came up with 11,000 files again. (:AGY)
I did the lookup and noticed that the same files that were “Safe” yesterday are safe today. I also saw files that I moved to My Safe Files as well. It appears as though Defense+ is not cross-referencing The “Certified Files” list and “My Safe Files” Lists before classifying files as pending. Is there something I need to change in configuration or is this a bug?

I wonder why would a malware scan cause all these. This means the scanner is modifying the files on the disk! Which malware scanner is this?
