it seems that your certificate server is down. I opened a ticket at 25 Feb 2007 10:40 AM (CET). At 25 Feb 2007 11:19 AM I got the message that the problem is resolved. I checked at 25 Feb 2007 11:25 AM again, still getting the same error message. I reopened the ticket, however, I got no response since.
The URL I’ve used is: Sectigo Security Services (I have removed the collection code for this ticket, as I do not know who all can see this at some point. I have tried it with the collection code and without it, both time your server shows the same error message)
The error message is
SQL ERROR
Error -1 during connect:
OCI Error: Environment not created
