CD-ROM tray opened by sandboxed applications

It’s a bit confusing- there is no user prompt when sandboxed applications try to open/close tray.
Is it intended behavior that applications under “Fully Virtualized”, “Partially Limited”, “Limited” can open/close CD-ROM tray? Or is it more likely “not intended”/ “bug”?

It does not seem like a very dangerous action. My assumption would be that it is intended, but I am not 100% sure.

If anyone knows otherwise please let us know.
