I installed latest CD & there is a CD entry in msconfig - startup, for what is this entry?
I never saw any browser entry in msconfig - startup.

Hi Naren,
The only item for CD that should be in MSConfig is the Dragon updater service under services.
I have no start-up entries and have never seen any for Dragon.
What details do you have about the entry?
Thanks.
Attached are the screenshots.
Win 7 64
Fresh install of latest CD i.e 27.0.4.0

Unless someone else knows what it is for, let me think about this and look into it a bit further.
I have never seen this before.
Under Windows services (Services.msc), apart from the Dragon updater is there any other Dragon service corresponding with this entry.
Unless this is something unique to a 64-bit system, I am not sure at this stage sorry.
Got it.
GoogleChrome uninstall left an entry in msconfig-startup-GoogleChromeAutoLauncher. When CD is installed, this entry changes to Comodo Dragon & CD uninstalled, the entry reverts back to GoogleChrome.
With CCE AutoRun I deleted this entry & installed CD & everything is fine.
By the way under msconfig-services-CD Updater is mentioned as Unknown, is it fine & whats on your system?
A little strange, but all is good now.
By the way under msconfig-services-CD Updater is mentioned as Unknown, is it fine & whats on your system? It shows as unknown for both Dragon and IceDragon updater service (Screenshot).

No problems, I am glad you found the start-up entry issue.
Well done.
