the subject line says it all. I just downloaded and installed CD a couple of days ago, I open CD and try to import my chrome bookmarks and settings (I have all boxes ticked: browsing history, bookmarks, saved passwords and search engines) it appears to be importing the settings for a few seconds, then just crashes - every time.
Not sure if this has been posted a million times. If it has, I apologize. I looked through the first 3 or so pages and couldn’t find a thread about it…and I didn’t find anything using the search bar here on the forum either.
So…is anyone else experiencing this? Is there anything I can try to fix this? I’d really like to move away from using Chrome. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
In all honesty, I don’t have much to import anyway since I just installed a new HDD and started clean with my OS installation and that’s all, I just figured since I’ve been using Chrome again for about a week since installing everything again, I’d just make my life easier by not having to visit every site again and have to enter usernames and passwords…but looks like I’ll have to just suck it up and do that lol.
