is it “normal” that from today on, everytime i start cd a tab with an advertisment for comodo cloud opens?

The advertisement tab is opened on first launch after install.
If this continues to happen on every launch after the initial launch, please check and manually delete the following folder and contents if found.
%SYSTEMDRIVE%\first_launch
%SYSTEMDRIVE%\first_launch_portable
