CCE virus signature update? Where is it these days?

Hello! I run CCE version 2.5.242177.201 on Windows 7 64-Bit Home Premium. When you go to scan your PC usually virus database updates first and scan after. Now these days my CCE virus database don’t want to update at all it goes straight to scan first? Why?

I think it may also update in the background after starting up. Please see if this is happening by checking the AV database number immediately after starting CCE and after scanning. See is the database numbers differ.

I just did a scan with the same CCE version on Windows 7 64-Bit Ultimate. First it updated itself (about 100 MB) and then it scanned successfully.

Thank you for the reply. Yes it worked for me as well now. But I was not talking about original 100MB update just normal one. :-TU

You were right. I had no idea CCE can do that in auto-mode. LOL! ;D :-TU
