CB v.4 downloads error

Each time I go in to CB>>Help and choose to download :get help from a geek-buddy" it tells me download has encountered an error. Not specifying what the error is. do I have to have something backed up in order to download?

Do you mean you solved the problem yourself? If so can you tell us how? That may help other users in the future.

Yes I did. It wasn’t logging me in as admin, so make sure of that :slight_smile:
