I just updated to Windows 10 and am now getting “Backup Failed with Code 9 (internal Error)” when backing up boot drive (disk 0) partitions (yes, partitions backup not files) . I am using Version 4.4.1.23. Code 9 is not listed in your user manual code table. :-\
