cavshell.dll flagged as Trojan by PCTools Spyware Doctor

I have Comodo Internet Suite installed for the firewall. I use PCTools Spyware Doctor + Antivirus as well. Today, Spyware Doctor flagged the Comodo file cavshell.dll as a trojan called Downloader.Zlob.GEN. I am assuming this is just a false positive, but I wanted to report it and see if anyone else has had a similar experience.
