CAVS has a poor memory

CAVS is constantly asking whether I want an application to run, even though I have said ‘Allow’ a gazillion times. Why can’t it remember, & yes, I have ticked the remember this action box.

Has the file you allowed been updated, changed or modified in anyway? Any changes to a file that has already been allowed will result in it being seen by Comodo and therefor will ask for permission to connect.
Eg, allowing Windows Live Messenger once, then you patch it with Apatch, the file has changed so Comodo see this as a possible threat as maybe the file was modified with out your knowledge.

Do you have more that 1 user account on Windows? Yes?? then log in as the other user and allow the app(s) there too.

This is the same for Comodo firewall.

Hope this helps,
