Hi! When I try to update the virus database it checks, starts with a “Downloading Virus database 1/13”, and then it halts with a “Virus database update failed. Please try later”.
It then goes to the next screen stating that all is updated and changes the dates on the Status windows just like if it really updated the database, but I know it didn’t.
It’s doing the same at least since it was “Downloading Virus database 1/6”; does anyone know what can be going on?

But I just installed it again —because when I installed it the first time the database updated without troubles, and I was worried the virus list was getting too old— and this time the updates and schedules started working fine. I guess something got wrong when I installed it the first time?
