Since yesterday, I haven’t been able to send faxes. After many many attempts, and digging out my old “real” fax machine to try faxing to myself, it still won’t send. I seem to be able to receive, though.
Why?
When you send a fax to a US or Canadian location you need to enter the area code followed by the phone number. Your particular case, you only entered a 7 digit phone number with no area code.
Your account tracking shows that trustfax attempted to send the fax but was unsuccesful.
If you are sending a fax to an country other than the US or Canada you will need to enter 011 followed by the country code and phone number.
