Can't seem to reinstall Comodo

Hi Comodo Team,

I’ve an issue with Comodo 2 days before where it is not opening the program, so I’ve uninstalled it from Add remove programs and now that I am trying to install it again(downloaded the new one on the site) I’ve received an error message [on the attached file]

COMODO Installer: Error Error during execution "cmdinstall.exe -log -setupname "cispremium_installer.exe" -sfx "D:\Documents\Downloads" -type alone -mode cispremium", Access is denied.

My Comodo Dragon browser also wont open after uninstalling CIS, and it cannot be uninstalled saying something about NSIS Error : Error installing launcher

I’m using a Windows XP computer & Comodo worked before with no issues I am not sure why.

Hi Chiron,

I was on the first step downloading the Revo Uninstaller. It downloaded it but when I install the program it says that I do not have any internet connection. I didn’t change anything and I was able to open my dragon browser now. but still cannot connect to the internet.

I signed out my skype and now my skype is also telling me I don’t have internet connection

I am using the PC now with internet no issue using firefox. is there any settings which i need to check. ?

Sometimes it happens that you can’t connect to the internet after uninstalling, using the unofficial clean up tool or trying a manual deinstallation. Then the Inspect driver is still present and needs to be uninstalled.

How to uninstall the CIS firewall driver when it stays present? Look up the properties of the network connection, select the Comodo Firewall driver and uninstall it. See the attached image.

Reboot your computer and see if your internet is working again.

Sorry for the late response.

I don’t have that option in my network connection properties.

it works properly in safe mode and what I just did to completely fix everything is to re-ghost back to an older date.

I was not able to download the clean up tool I believe i was being blocked saying i have no internet connection.
