Can't Purge Trusted files in CIS 6

Not sure if this is a bug or the purge feature hasen’t been fully implemented yet?

But, I can’t purge trusted files that don’t exist anymore, any fix for this issue?

It is working here on Win8. Are you using a clean install of v6? What OS are you on?

I have Windows 7 64 bit with SP1

Clean install of CIS 6, I removed CIS 5 completely. I can purge files, but when I check the trusted files again they still appear again so they weren’t acctually purged.

Be sure to click OK after purge, or any other action.

I noticed if I just close window or click cancel after doing purge CIS reverts changes.

So purge doesn’t purge, purge followed by OK purges :wink:

I hit OK, I always do that. But it doesn’t purge, I hope I don’t have to reinstall but it looks that way. :frowning:

Before you do a full re-install, you could try rebuilding the trusted DB in case of some form of corruption present.

With Windows explorer navigate to C:\Program Files\Comodo\COMODO Internet Security\database folder, rename the trusted DB file to trustedold (Or delete) then reboot system.
After reboot run a rating scan to repopulate the trusted files list.
