Can't open post-boot interface

CTM runs its pre-boot console but I can’t open its post-boot interface, be it clicking on its Start menu shortcut or directly from its Program files folder. I checked the Task manager and found CTM’s ClientService.exe is running.

This happens on a 32-bit Windows 7 Home Premium system.

What can be wrong and how can I fix it?

Is there a ctm.exe processor in the task list? Are there any error displayed? You can try to synchronize a ctm.exe from baseline by using right-click menu.
