Can't install comodo in Vista 64...

Comodo Internet Security - CIS Install / Setup / Configuration Help - CIS

Just did a clean (new machine) install of vista 64 sp1 home premium. No other firewall on it, no Norton BS, turned off all vista security. Downloaded CIS 3.11.108364.552 64 bit download (vista) and installer keeps failing. Specifically I double click, it unpacks, and then gives me an “error 0 running…” and the installer. What is wrong? What do I need to do to get this running?

Does this get flagged in Event Viewer? If so, what does it say?
