can't hibernate XP after upgrade to CIS 4

i can’t hibernate my pc anymore. I’m using XP SP3, version is CIS premium 4.1.150349.920

no one else il experiencing this problem? :-\

OK here, same OS and SP & CIS version.

Please check system event log - you should see win32k message re app which is preventing hibernation (in theory)

no, nothing in the windows log, but i found an entry for logonui.exe in comodo defense+ log: “create process, execute image”. Those events coincide with the attempts of hibernating my computer, and that’s kind weird ???

No problems at my end ! I’m using win xp pro sp3, 32 bit, user account !

You didn’t mentioned what version of xp u have, is it 32 bit or 64 ??

No logonui alert when hibernating.

Coould you post a couple of days Defense plus logs please? Inc hibernation attempt (pls give time)

I switched “image execution” to Normal and deactivated sandbox, and now i can hibernate my pc again. No more logonui.exe entries in the log.

  1. CPU 32 bit
  2. win xp sp3
  3. CIS premium only
  4. when i go to hibernate mode, screen just shows wallpaper and freezes, i have to turn off manually
  5. see above
  6. d+ safe mode, firewall custom
  7. admin account

this is what log reported:
