Can't get quarantined files to submit "Submission Error"

First of all, I’m on a corporate LAN right now that might be at the heart of the problem, but if so it is weird since I can get program and virus definition updates no problem.

I have had several files pop up today during update installs from both Dell and Adobe, and I think that most, if not all, are false positives, but I can’t get them to submit to Comodo for analysis. I keep getting a yellow triangle and “Submission Error” in the comments field on each line.

You could ask the IT department if they have rules set up that would prevent uploading your files. Otherwise I don’t know. May be a problem with the Comodo servers? My guess is as good as yours I guess.
