Can't get online backup to work

I am having multiple problems with our new account. If i launch Comodo Backup, I get a message telling me there are problems with the installation. If I check the log (see below), I don’t see any errors, though there is a message telling me that there is an error in the log.

If I click on Online Storage, and I enter my user ID and password, I get a message saying the online service is not started. If I try to start the service, it says it is already started. I am running any Comodo EXE’s I can find with Administrator privileges. I am stuck and can’t proceed.

Any ideas?

Dear ATSI,

there was an error we’ve already discovered, fixing is on the way. I don’t think other vendors will give away 5GB(!) free space for FREE, but good luck!

you should give it another try once it goes public. Remember this is still a beta and bugs are being fixed.
