Hi
I have installed Comodo Internet Security and it makes sometimes problems. I use it on a Windows7 x64.
Teh problem is, Windows very often doesn’t let me delete or uninstall programs. It always say “access is denied”.
Now i found out, that some of this programs, or .exe files, comodo sayed it don’t linke it and put it in quarantine or something.
So my first idea was to turn of the autostart of comodo and restart windows, and then try uninstall the software, bute that doesnt work.
Could my idea be possible that comodo doesn’t let me uninstall the software?

I had the same problem.
I’ve found my way to solve it:
- Turn off Comodo in the tray (right mouse - exit)
- Go to windows services and set “COMODO Internet Security Helper Service” to “disabled”
(don`t try to stop it - that doesn’t work!)
- Disable autostart of Comodo (for example with the help of Autoruns: http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/Autoruns.zip)

- Restart your PC.
- Delete files that you don’t need.
- Set “COMODO Internet Security Helper Service” to “auto”
- Enable autostart of Comodo.
- Restart your PC.
Good luck!
