Can't copy over a file from LAN

I’m trying to copy over some files from another PC via home network, and the AV detects something by heuristics in one of those files. It blocks copying the file, and instead of the normal AV window, there’s just a small popup in a bottom-right screen corner with no options to ignore the threat, so I can’t seem to find a way to retrieve that file. Previous CIS version (3.x) used to show standard AV dialog.

Clicking on that popup brings up Scan settings dialog, but there doesn’t really seem to be any option that could affect that popup, apart from “Disable scanner”, which is not what I want

CIS version is 4.0.135239.742

Can you show a screenshot of that event?

Sure, here it is.

Comodo flags that file as suspicious because of the packaging being used. When you know and trust the file you can choose to add it to the AV exclusions.

When you have set Heuristics to high consider setting it back to Low. Heuristics gets awfully chatty when setting it higher than Low.

Heuristics is set to Low. So in order to retrieve the file, I have to add that specific packer to exclusions?

Edit: that said, I can’t seem to reach half of CIS dialogs from main window, including Scanner settings :o When I click them it just does nothing… gonna try to reboot…

I meant to add the specific file, studiopacked.exe to the exclusions.
