Can't completely disable Comodo (cmdagent.exe)

Version: 6.0.264710.2708
OS : Windows 7 Pro-64 bit
RAM:8GM
CPU: good one

I want to completely disable Comodo Internet Security so none of its processes will run.
I right click on Comodo’s taskbar icon and from there I disable Antivirus,Firewall and Behaviour Blocker “permanently”.Then I close the Comodo taskbar icon and it asks if I’m sure that I want to close the application, I choose Yes and Comodo’s all icons disappear but the cmdagent.exe is still running on the background when I check Task Manager.I also checked it with Sysinternals ProcessMonitor and cmdagent.exe is extremely active while it’s suppose to be disabled. It opens/reads/writes some registry keys.
How can I disable it ? I tried ending the process but that didn’t work.

Any help will be appreciated !
Thanks.

More info.

When I look on Sysinternal ProcessMonitor, the cmdagent.exe is trying to:

RegQueryValue HKLM = SUCCESS
RegQueryValue HKLM\SYSTEM\Software\Comodo\Cam\CIS = SUCCESS
RegQueryValue HKLM\SYSTEM\Software\COMODO\Cam\CIS\ModeEx = SUCCESS
RegQueryValue HKLM\SYSTEM\Software\COMODO\Cam\CIS\ModeTx = NAME NOT FOUND
RegQueryValue HKLM\SYSTEM\Software\COMODO\Cam\CIS\ModeAx = SUCCESS
RegQueryValue HKLM\SYSTEM\Software\COMODO\Cam\CIS\CamMode = SUCCESS
RegQueryValue HKLM\SYSTEM\Software\COMODO\Cam\CIS\AutoKey = NAME NOT FOUND
RegQueryValue HKLM\SYSTEM\Software\COMODO\Cam\CIS\AutoDays = NAME NOT FOUND
RegQueryValue HKLM\SYSTEM\Software\COMODO\Cam\CIS = SUCCESS

…and this cycle just repeats and repeats,it never ends.It also does some other activities but this is the main “cycle”.

for what purpose do you want to completely disable CIS?

You can disable cmdagent from Services control manager.

I tried disabling all Comodo services but the cmdagent.exe is running and it doesn’t have the option to “Stop” from Services window. It can only be put to “Disabled” mode but the service is still running.

Hi TheBiggestNoob,
As Eric said disable the service, but also reboot.
You will be greeted with the message “Comodo Security Agent could not be started” with an option to run diagnostics.
Also I agree with Eric, for what purpose would you require it to be disabled because the system will be vulnerable without this service running?
