Can't add CA cert when Master Password is enabled

As my company pre-installs Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client to all the PCs, most (if not any) https requests are overtaken by it and IronPort certificate is used for communication. In order to avoid untrusted issuer error, which can’t be simply solved by adding an exception I’ve imported a root certificate to FF. Wanted to do that same on Ice Dragon, but whenever I try to do it nothing actually happens. If I remove the Master Password and retry again it says certificate is installed. If I try to open the affected sites (for example IceDragon opens it successfully. But then I enable Master Password again and it stops working. The certificate is not visible any more, it can’t be added and the SSL pages can’t be browsed.

Operating System: Windows 7 64bit
Security Software: Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client
