Just downloaded CD. I get “this Web page is not available” for every site I try. the error message is “Error code: ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED”. I use Windows 7. Was using Chrome. I tried to sign in to google account but that also errors.

Please try disabling Comodo Secure DNS in Dragon? Go to: Settings>Show advanced settings>Enable malware domain filtering (Comodo Secure DNS).
Also check if you have Secure DNS installed on your system.
