just installed the new free premium on an old ■■■■■■ xp laptop, it installed didn’t complain about being xp, but its too big to run there, cannot even run a full scan, so i took the standard route to unistall in xp in change or remove programs, after that ran for about 20 minutes, comes back the cannot unistall message and call certified tech message.
any posts to remove via deleting registry keys, delete files, etc? Seems awful strange that it was ok to install it and then not ok to uninstall
