Cannot submit unrecognized files for classification

The Comodo home panel shows 81 unrecognized files. When I click on this indicator, another window opens which says “the files below are not recognized by security components and waiting for classification.” When I select these files and click OK, the window closes and the files are not submitted.

Press on Arrow and you will get an options tab.

When I click on the arrow and then submit, 6 files are marked as “Already submitted.”

All of the other files say one of the following:

Failed(0x8007002)
Failed(0x8007003)
Failed(0x800700df)

valued_customer?, please attach a screenshot of what you are seeing to your next post. You may want to cover up any personal information in the screenshot, but seeing exactly what you are seeing is important for ascertaining exactly what may be happening.

Thank you. In that case it seems like the same issue which has already been reported here. Therefore, I will move this to Resolved, as it has already been reported. Also, you will be happy to hear that it looks like this is fixed for the new Beta version of CIS, which is currently released on the forum.
