When I start the CSC program is starts a process CSC.exe in the task manager, but the program does not run. I tried to uninstall the program but I get an error message 2753. I tried to delete the folder, reboot and reinstall, but the program acts the same way. The program worked well until yesterday. I am using windows 7 64 Bit.
Download Windows Installer CleanUp Utility and remove all the installer related information and try installing again.
