cannot remove "Trojan.Patchep!inf "

I am trying to clean my friends pc. it has norton antivirus installed and is reporting that it cannot remove Trojan.Patchep!inf

I have searched the net and I cannot find info that looks legitimate.

Any and All help or info would be welcome.

any file that you CAN’T delete, use malwarebytes (fileassassin) in the "more tools section. Find any file you can’t delete with this
