Cannot remove file from exclusion list

So, somewhere in the past, I must of needed to add a file to the scan exclusions list for the antivirus when it did the first initial full scan of my system. Since then, the darn program entry in the Start Up folder has been removed and I cannot find where to strip this entry from the program!

Why do I want to do that?

Because every time the scan runs, it states that it’s ignoring the file as per my request even though the file ain’t dere no mo!

Been there, checked that, not there.
“C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp\Microsoft Office.lnk”

It could be in quarantine if the AV removed it.

I removed the said file from the system since, but it’s still showing up as something being excluded.

Where does it show as excluded? Can you post a screenshot?

I bet it is the new unknown auto-run detection feature that by default is set to ignore, someone else had shown it was ignore when doing a quick scan. You can either disable the option or change it to something else other than to ignore.
