Hello! Im trying to update csc from 2.1… to 2.2 but got the message Could not access network location Neither can I Uninstall 2.1, same message. What to do?

Remove the installer information of CSC 2.1 with Windows Installer CleanUp Utility. Now you should be able to install again.
