cannot create output file

Strange problem here using Anti-Virus 2.0.17.58.

When I try to send either a single file or multiple files to a compressed folder on Windows XP I get the error “cannot create output file” yet if I disable the Anti-Virus on access scanner it works fine. Is there something that has recently changed as it has only just started happening, or is there a setting that I can configure?
