"Cannot access file" - files locked?

Does anybody know why I can’t do a ‘simple’ backup on any file or folder lower than Documents and Settings itself? (windows XP) Comodo seems to be locked out of all user accounts regardless of whether they have log in passwords or not…

I’ve just tried the same backup with the old version 1 of Comodo, and it worked fine, so there must be a problem with version 2 and not my system…

Hi

There are some known issues with simple copy backup.
Meanwhile you can try .cbu backup format.
We will fix this in a future release.
