Cancellation problems:Comodo,READ AND RESPOND PLEASE [RESOLVED]

Hello
I have been using Comodo TrustConnect on trial and that trial expired on September 4th.
I sent a message to comodo(at tcsupport[ at ]comodo.com) requesting for my TrustConnect account to be canceled on september 2nd,however that request wasn’t processed and I was charged this morning the monthly fee.
I just resent another cancellation email to comodo requesting for my TrustConnect account to be canceled and for the charged amount to be reimbursed.I also precised that if that is not done ASAP,I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
