can you defrag backup?

I am using 2.0.7.69 BETA. I have completed a system backup,and left the image on my C drive.
I have defraged C drive,and the backup as well.
Is this OK? thanks

Yes, You Can Always Defrag The Drive If It Needs It. It Doesn’t Hurt Your Backup Files. So You Don’t Have To Worry About It

Thanks good to know.
Another great Comodo utility that beats the paid flavors.
We all need to do regular backups,but the inability to find a simple
utility to enable me to do so prevented me.
Till now.
