Can the toolbar be added without reinstalling?

I’ve been using the internal updater and the option for installing the new toolbar hasn’t been offered. It is possible to get the toolbar without uninstalling and reinstalling the whole app?

Sorry to say Victek,a new install is needed to obtain the toolbar.
