Allo everyone i have been trying to instal cis 6 beta in vmware 9 but the instaler goes to 99% and then it says this message(error 1603,fatal erroor couldn`t install ) does anyne knows how to fix this?!

BY THE WAY ITRIED TO INSTALL IN WINDOWS SEVEN STARTER WITHOUT ANY KIND OF PROGRAMS IN IT
Can’t comment on VMware, but it works in Virtual Box.

Just be aware that some features in the previous versions of CIS haven’t functioned properly in VB. (vectored exceptions fail) This is likely still the case unless Oracle has improved their OS emulation.
Installed it on a Windows XP VM in VMware Workstation 9, went flawlessly…
Installed fine in VMware Player 5.0.
The Host and guest with Windows 7 x64, all ok with CIS6 beta inside VMware Workstation 9.
Try to temporarily (CIS installation time) disable acceleration for binary translation in the Virtual Machine Settings->Hardware->Processors->Virtualization Engine.
