can not surf the web

hi
when i use cfp (v 3.0.25.378) i can not surf the web and open any websites. even when i exit cfp i still have the same problem. when i uninstall comodo i can surf the web , what should i do now? :THNK

Comodo doesn’t have a web shield. After installing and booting up did you get a prompt about new network found? Have you tried adding a new network.

yes i click ok when ((new private network)) message appears.
i put ((windows operating system)) in ((trusted application)).
