Can not log into the CD

I encountered such a problem, it is impossible to make the entrance to the CD
I enter my username - password and Google page hangs a blank page and the entrance is not happening. Please help!

Try clearing the browser’s cache and cookies and see if it solves the issue. You can also try disabling extensions and check if any of them is preventing the page from being displayed correctly.

It also occurs and in portable during the work in a private mode. The page with account the pure. But if again to press to Enter - there is a normal page of an account. But also remains a first blank page.

Edit:
There is a mention at other forums that it is connected with local languages.
In English of such problem isn’t present.
I didn’t check in English.
