Hmmm, this must be something new in CIS 4.xx. (Unless I never noticed it.)
I noticed I have the same thing in Vista (C:\Program Data\Comodo Downloader\CIS_Setup.msi
As far as I can tell, it looks like a backup installer to me (which I assume would be safe to delete). I’m not sure though. I notice that a couple other programs such as Skype have this backup *.msi file in Program Data as well.
