Can Comodo Firewall block a ddos attack?

Hello

My friend is getting DDoS attack on his IP by a guy who decided to attack him because they fought.

I have a simple question:

Can Comodo Firewall block a DDoS attack?

If yes, do I need to change settings in the comodo firewall or what do I need to do to help my friend block this guy ddos attack?

Yes Comodo has some DDoS protection. Its configuration was removed from the GUI because people where utilizing it incorrectly. However your friend should report such abuses to his ISP as well as an IP change if its not already dynamic.
