Just some info, when you subscripe on the newsletter of dell, you will get a coupon code.
put it togheter with the Dell XPS 1530 and you will get a better pc for less money…

That GPU is pretty low. This is my laptop and it cranks.

It’s great Vett , but it’s not really a low budget pc is it (■■■■ i wanted that one

Budget smuget. You only live once. “He who dies with the most toys wins”.

Guess I’ll loose… :frowning:

Harry (:NRD)

Vett, are you planning to put your Xbox and PC’s into your coffin ? ;D (joke again)

Better buy a tower if ya wanna play games.

Thanks Commodus.

It’s great laptop! But, in my county this laptop’s price is almost twice from this one. So to get more effective laptop I will install XP (maybe x64 for more speed?)

I bought the laptop before I got my 360. Now that I have my 360 I dont game on my laptop or desktop. GF actually is using my laptop cause she doesn’t have a pc.

If you want to game then stick with XP. I had Dell install XP since I hate Vista.

Thanks, I hate it too. My sister’s laptop has vista and it causes lots of problems, the system resources are too much and it causes the battery to become empty fast.

BTW: What do you prefer, XP pro 32 bit or 64 bit?

32 bit. Less problems with drivers, software. The system takes 2 times less space. 64 bit advantage might be 10 %, but rarely  Ofcourse after a couple of years we all will (L.A. will not :D) be using 64 bit OS’es

Comm is right. 32 bit is alot more stable and driver support is better.

64 bit has advantage if the software is 64 bit supported it’s like 10-15% faster. But when it’s not 64 bit supported it or will not install, or it will be the same speed and even somethimes slower …

It has it’s advantages but they’re limited for the moment…

OK, thank you all for your recommends.

huh ??? finished already?
OK, i’ll lock this topic. anybody wants it to be reopened pls say my name 3 times PM me ;D
