Depends on which process is using the CPU, can you show the process tab and sort on CPU usage ?
What version of CIS are you running ?

I’m running CIS 3.9.76924.507
But when I use CIS 3.9. ???.477, scan computer : CPU 30-70 %

Is the process consuming CPU cmdagent.exe ?

If so can you use the context-menu scan and scan folder by folder to see if the CPU load is specific to certain file types or folders ?
