Bug in release version (3.8.64264.468)

Issue :
If you create a new scan profile (Profile A) and then run it twice in a row, the second scan does not access the disk and CPU usage goes to 100% temporarily. Control is eventually returned but the results window contains the same results as the first scan of this profile. Third and subsequent scans also do not access the disk.

Things are back to normal if you then run a different scan profile (Profile B). However, scanning Profile B a second time produces the no disk access and 100% CPU usage issues. Scanning Profile A after scanning Profile B still produces the no disk access and 100% CPU usage issues.

CIS Version : 3.8.64264.468
O/S : XP SP2
Other security software: NIL

I suspect the scanner, on the second and subsequent scans, is scanning a cached copy, of some sort, of the files scanned on the first scan.
